Data transfer and processing
You send us the source files (encrypted, if necessary) by e-mail or via a secure FTP server. We can process all file formats that can be edited on a PC or Mac. If necessary, we will arrange your data in a translatable format. Based on an exact analysis we can then make you a binding offer.

The technology of translation memories
Starting with your first localization order, we will create an individual translation memory (TM). At every subsequent job, your text will be analyzed and compared to a TM. Already translated sentence segments will be recognized and not translated again. This method guarantees great linguistic consistency and continually decreasing localization costs.

Security
Your trust is important to us. We rely on modern anti-virus and firewall technology and protect your documents, if requested, with various encryption methods. If necessary, we can send your confidentiality statements to everyone involved in the localization process and we are prepared to be certified as a supplier by your quality assurance representative.
